SuperEasy® Annual Administration includes preparation of financial statements, tax return, audit and lodgment with the ATO. The fixed fee of $1,595 (GST incl.) is based on 15 Australian investments, unlimited number of transactions* per investments, and irrespective of the fund portfolio value and number of members and includes an audit fee of $700. *Let us know if you are a day trader and your fund has large number of transactions
Once you complete the application and your payment is received you will receive comprehensive Annual Administration instructions, listing all the required source documentation and acceptable format of documentation. When the Annual Administration for your fund is finished, we will advise you whether an additional fee applies, based on the total number of investments. This will only happen if the number of investments exceeded the number of 15 Australian investments that you have paid for initially You will be able to confirm the total number of investments from the Investment Movement Report which is just one of the many reports supplied with Financials.
Additional fees will also apply for pension set up, procurement of the actuarial certificate or any additional work not covered under the umbrella of the Annual Administration. SuperEasy® standard processing lead time is 6-8 weeks. Please tell us if you need urgent processing and we will give your fund priority.
