Privacy and Security Policy

SuperEasy Pty Ltd will only collect personal information, where it is or may be required to be collected in order for SuperEasy Pty Ltd to meet its legal requirements to regulatory authorities such as the Australian Taxation Office and or other bodies required under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. In other circumstances, information will only be collected when individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis.

Access to the SuperEasy Pty Ltd client database or documents/files, containing personal information is restricted to authorised SuperEasy Pty Ltd staff members only, with direct responsibility for customer service or management of the website hosted in Australia. We will acknowledge your complaint within seven days. We will provide you with a decision on your complaint within 30 days.
